Context
The project focused on GDPR, which is an important regulation for the protection of personal data within the EU. The regulation came into force on May 25, 2018 for Telenor's 350 million international customers. The main goal was to implement a solution that handles granular user consent and gives users the ability to delete or search all data Telenor has about that given user. The project also included the development of interfaces for a couple of administrative web solutions. One of these solutions was groundbreaking and mapped the legal basis and agreements between product and service owners in relation to the quality of data exchange between all of Telenor's systems.
The team behind this project consisted of dedicated and competent professionals with diverse backgrounds. They worked together to ensure that the project's goals were fully achieved, with a strong focus on user experience and compliance with GDPR regulations.
